It can be difficult to change where things live in your home. I encourage putting like with like and near where they are used but sometimes things just need to stay where they’ve always been. And who says glow sticks can’t be in the kitchen? We gave this free-for-all junk drawer a little makeover by assigning it a purpose and a little structure. Now it is the kitchen tool drawer… that also houses batteries and glow sticks!

(It is recommended to store batteries in a container that keeps the ends from touching in order to prevent possible fire.)
